KINDERTANZT! is an on-the-job programme that trains educational professionals to teach dance. The project has been developed in cooperation between the Crespo Foundation and Tanzplattform Rhein-Main. This training helps nursery workers, classroom support staff, teachers and other educational professionals to devise their own artistic and educational projects that promote movement, and then implement them in their nurseries, schools and after-school facilities.

Over 10 months, the training programme introduces the participants to contemporary methods of teaching dance as well as giving them knowledge of anatomy and psychological development. Being able to access movement via a creative and artistic process is the primary consideration here.
