New exhibition and event series with the artists of the Glenkeen Garden Residencies in Ireland

Since 2021, the Crespo Foundation has been welcoming artists here as part of the ‘Glenkeen Garden Residencies’. Under the title ‘ArtNature/NatureArt’, they immerse themselves in this unique environment and in the social fabric of West Cork. A particular focus will be on scientific collaboration, made possible through collaboration with the Environmental Research Institute at University College Cork and the Senckenberg Research Institute in Frankfurt.

‘The Glenkeen Variations’ is an exhibition and event series that brings the artists of the ‘Glenkeen Garden Residencies’ back to Ireland. At the Goethe-Institut in Dublin, The Glucksman at University College Cork and the Working Artist Studios in Ballydehob, the former artists-in-residence will present their work in conversation with partners from research and society.

Curated by Ben Livne Weitzman.
